One thing that has always irked me about interacting with other people is getting interrupted when someone asks me for information or tells me “that’s more than I wanted to know”. I always feel as though that’s a cop-out and an automatic response to something that isn’t going to hurt them in the least. It’s a fear response.
Fearing information or knowledge is never a good way to live one’s life. Better to dive head-first into anything and everything and suss out the rest later. Besides, the discomfort you feel when you process new information is just the prelude to the sensation you’ll get when you know you’re in the place where the good stuff happens.
